It has been difficult to find words to describe our experience with Courtney.

She was absolutely amazing. Exceeded our expectations. She explained everything step by step to us and was always quick to respond to questions. We did not know much about selling a home or buying a new home Courtney had our backs. It was like having a good friend help us. We could tell she was vested in helping us find a new home that was just right. After we found our new home we learned we had to sell our current home in about 2 1/2 weeks. Courtney impressed again once again going above and beyond, got us in touch with a painter and cleaner. The photos and videos she had done were impressive to say the least. Courtney got us top dollar for our house in 3 days after it went on the market. The hole process went just like she said. Just can not say enough if we ever need a real estate professional again Courtney will be the one we call.

"Courtney was amazing. We had made the decision to purchase a home in late March and reached out to her at the recommendation of some family members. She immediately got to work and set up a meeting with us to go over what we were looking for and where. She has a lot of contacts in the industry and she set us up with a financier so that we could model out exactly what we could afford before we started touring properties. My wife and I found several homes we wanted to look at and she got them organized to tour the next day. Throughout the whole process, Courtney was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and optimistic. After two weeks, she helped us find the exact home we wanted and helped us negotiate in an interest rate buydown as well. She got everything organized from a closing perspective as well, where all my wife and I had to do was follow her detailed instructions with the people (title company, lender, ect.) that Courtney had introduced us to (all of whom were helpful and responsive in their own rites as well). What I thought was going to be an extremely stressful and time-consuming process was made significantly easier because we had Courtney with us."

"Courtney was excellent. She helped us purchase a home over a long distance (MA to VA) and was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating every step of the way. When we needed an answer, she had it quickly and, in the rare cases where we needed more information, always knew exactly where to get it. She scheduled video calls, coordinated our documents, took plenty of photos of the home we were purchasing and even assisted us with picking out the home's finishing touches! We're grateful for the help she gave us and how smoothly our closing went. She's the best!"

Courtney helped us navigate through the challenges of selling our house during the interest rate uncertainties, and was able to steer us to the best decision as new Landlords and the opportunity to invest in real estate instead of selling. Being new Landlords, we counted on Courtney's knowledge and expertise, and we were not disappointed. We were very impressed by her responsiveness, negotiation skills, and mostly patients.
